The Louis Jadot Petit Chablis vineyards are in Chablis, in the north of Burgundy, halfway between Dijon and Paris. It has a continental climate, with very cold winters, spring frosts and hot summers. The soils are mainly limestone, which produces a unique grape. Almost the entire region is covered with Chardonnay.The Petit Chablis shows a nice straw yellow color. A straightforward wine with a very accessible minerality.
