The most prestigious member of the family is produced from the finest barrels of Jack Daniel’s whiskey which have been selected by Master Distiller Jeff Arnett. Once chosen for its excellence, each barrel is then transferred to the upper floors of the maturation houses, known as the Penthouse, where it enjoys better conditions and the whiskey takes on a deeper and more flavourful character. Tasting notes for Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel will always differ as each barrel has its own character absorbed from the White American oak barrels it’s stored in – this is the beauty of Single Barrel, no two barrels are the same.
