MMIDiplomatic.com uses the latest encryption technology. Your payment is processed by Emirates Payment Gateway the leading payment gateway provider in the UAE. MMIDiplomatic.com does not have any access to your credit card details.

Are all the products shown online available?
We have over 2500 products listed online and are adding more regularly. Please contact us if you have any special requests. Whilst we endeavour to list only products that are currently available there may be occasions when items that due to be delivered into MMI are delayed due to external factors.
What if my selected items are not available?

What will be the cost of the freight?
Al product prices quoted are just for the products themselves, excluding any freight costs. There are many influencing factors that would determine the cost of the freight for your products such as the destination, whether sea freight or airfreight is required, the size and weight of the products and if any other orders would be consolidated and shipped concurrently. We aim to give an approximate cost at the time of ordering and then a final cost prior to dispatch.
How are products packed?
Individual cases (usually 12 bottles of wine/spirits or 24 cans/bottles of beer) can be wrapped in black shrink-wrap and labelled with the individual invoice number. Further packaging options are available, such as encasing larger orders in wooden crates (subject to additional costs).
What paperwork is required?
For UAE diplomatic missions, customers need to request approvals from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Customers should allow at least 2 weeks for this with an additional 5 days for MMI to secure customs clearance and police approvals for delivery to the mission.
How long will it take to receive my goods?
2 week turn around plus freight time.
Who is allowed to order?
We work with Embassies, Consulates, NGOs, governmental bodies and military instalments across the world. Please contact the team to establish your account and ask any questions you may have
Is there a limit on what can be ordered?
For the UAE there is no limit.
Where do MMI source their products from?
The majority of MMI’s products are sourced directly from the official producers. We source other products through local and international partners.
Why are my invoices in UAE Dirhams?
From January 1st 2018 the UAE introduced VAT (which is not applied to non-UAE orders) and the Federal Tax Authority regulations state that all invoices must declare a UAE Dirhams value.
